UPHOLD THE ISLAMIC STRUGGLE

All muslims should have similar understanding of the objective of life. Without concordance our community would be in turmoil. Our objective of life is to uphold the words of ALLAH in our own selves, our families, our community, our village – in every aspect of life – social life, education, Islamic dissemination, the economy, the health and medical fields, politics, daily life, in feasting and celebrations, agriculture, military activities, in industry and everything else. The words of ALLAH are the laws set by ALLAH Rabbul Jalil. There are five major categories of laws :

1.WAJIB ( imperative items )
2.HARAM ( forbidden items )
3.SUNNAT ( commendable items )
4.MAKRUH ( detestable items )
5.MUBAH / HARUS ( probables )
To uphold the words of ALLAH simply means to practice all the five categories od Islamic laws in every aspect of life :

1.The imperative and commendable items are to be practiced.
2.The forbidden and detestable items are to be avoided.
3.While all probable items are to be practiced with the view of getting the blessings of ALAH The Almighty.

The objective of the Islamic struggle is therefore, to implement the imperative and commendable items and to shun forbidden and detestable items in ourselves, our families and our community. There should never be any forbidden items practiced by the members of the community. We should also try to make all probable items useful for us as a means of achieving the pleasure of ALLAH Ar Rahim.

Say ! If it be that your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your mates, or your kindred ; The wealth that you have gained; The commerce in which you fear a decline; or the dwellings in which you delight … are dearer to you than ALLAH or HIS Apostle, or the striving in HIS cause - then wait until ALLAH brings about HIS decision and ALLAH guides not the rebellious (At Taubah : 24)

To achieve such a sound objective, we must uphold the words of ALLAH in ourselves, members of our family and all members of our community. This is imperative. Do not ask others to practice anything before we ourselves have successfully practiced and upheld the words of ALLAH. Others would readily follow and obey us when we ourselves have implemented or practiced whatever we have said. InsyaALLAH.
